Middle infielder who had clean actions on the dirt with a quick first step and showed range to both sides and the ability to turn the double play. At the plate, Leon showed a quick and level stroke with some twitch in his hands and gets the bat started with some movement while using his lower half well and being aggressive in BP. Leon has present strength throughout and gets the most out of his tools and frame. Liked the energy, quickness, and live lower half we saw from Leon on this day.
5-foot-8, 180-pound infielder, Leon is a 2021 grad. Leon's hands worked cleanly in the infield, he created direction and got off throws up to 76. At the plate, it's a compact swing, he showed power at times, but mostly looked to hit line-drives, and was up to 89 off the tee. Also ran a 7.38 60-yard dash.
