2026 Ben Ellis is a 5-foot-10, 175-pound uncommitted infielder out of the Ontario Nationals program. The left-handed hitter has progressed well since we last saw him and there’s average numbers across the board that are just waiting for strength to increase into louder tools. Ellis was on-time throughout his BP and it’s a level swing that generates line-drives. Max exit velocity of 87.2mph, max distance of 290ft and Sweet Spot % of 50. The uncommitted 2026 was also up to 78mph and ran a 3.87 30-yard dash. It was a good day for Ellis as he continues to prepare for his summer season.
