One of the better prospects in the ‘26 class with tools that translate at the next level. Dougan is a left-handed swinging outfielder that has made strides this offseason on both sides of the ball. Operated well in the box and had produced some metrics worth noting. He had produced a maximum exit velocity of 92.6 mph, a peak distance of 274 feet, a line drive % of 56, and a sweet spot % of 67. Concluded his workout by showing some arm strength from the outfield that clocked in at 85 mph. Brock is one of the top offensive weapons out of the Bearcats’ system and will look to make noise during the ‘25 campaign.

Dougan is one of the top prospects in the Bearcats program and posted some of the top metrics at the organization’s Scout Day. Lean, athletic frame at 5-foot-11, 170-pounds and his second round of BP was the most impressive on the day as he was driving balls deep to the pullside and put a couple balls out. There’s bat speed from the left-side and generated the top exit velocity (91.8mph) and the top distance (346ft) at the event. Dougan also worked up to 80mph from the outfield and 79.2mph on the mound. Overall, there’s tools to like here and he continues to develop and get better each time we see him.
