11.3.17 - Lisac, a 2019 right-handed arm has a lanky and projectable 6-foot, 145-pound frame with room to carry more size. Delivery showed rhythm and is at his best when everything is on time and he is able to work outfront and downhill. Fastball comes out of clean high-3/4 slot, arm has some whip and works at 78-79 and will show arm side run when he is down in zone. Curveball had early 11/5 shape at 67 mph and changeup showed same action as fastball in the 71-73 range. Has feel for the mound and the actions and frame to make a big jump as he develops and matures on the mound and in the weight room.
