The 2022 Baker profiles as both an outfielder and pitcher at the moment and will have room to add size and strength to his 6-foot, 170-pound frame. At the plate, its a level stroke from the right side with a small, quiet load and some whip from the barrel to contact. Line drive oriented stroke that can generate more power with strength and extension. Arm works from the outfield and can see his velocity on the mound translate with added size. The delivery is controlled, and he repeats well. Did a good job on getting ahead with his fastball and the breaking ball had more of a 10/5 shape that got some swing and misses in game. Really like how he could project on the mound with feel for the bump and attacking hitters.
