2024/25 RHP Jordan Taylor was one of the more high-powered arms to take the mound on Monday and tied for the event-best fastball velocity at 89.0mph. 6-foot-2, 185-pound right-hander out of the Ontario Nationals program with a strong lower-half and good direction. The fastball sat 85-87 T89 with feel for the zone, coupled with a slider at 76-78mph. One of the loudest bullpens of the day and got stronger as he went along. Uncommitted senior arm who can also go as a 2025.

2025 RHP Jordan Taylor made three appearances throughout the trip. Taylor was able to generate a ton of weak contact in his innings, which led to him throwing 2 scoreless innings at VCU. Ran the fastball up to 85 mph, with more in the tank. Flashed some feel with his off-speeds, throwing them for strikes, also generating out-of-zone swing and miss with it. Overall, a 2025 that should be interesting to follow as he develops.
