Parson is a very interesting right-hander from the 2021 class as it's a projectable frame at 6-foot, 145-pounds with plenty of room and time to grow and mature physically. The actions work, arm is clean in the back and works in sync with his body. Shows feel for three pitches and will attack the strike zone early and often. The velo is going to increase and Parson has the look to be one of the top right-handers in Ontario from the 21' class.
