10.22.17 - Touma is a 5-foot-11, 180-pound right-hander with a pretty easy and effortless delivery. Arm gets outfront and is clean in the back from 3/4 slot. Fastball he shows feel for by working the zone in the 79-80 range while the changeup had late diving action at 71-73 and his curveball worked as a slower offering with 11/5 shape at 65-67 mph. Room to add more strength and velo, especially if he involves lower half more. It's clean and easy, throws strikes and with room to project more as he continues to develop and get stronger. Will be interesting follow heading into 2018 season.
