2023 Matt Evans impressed on Day One. Hitting in the two hole, Evans reached base twice on hard hit ground balls. In his second at-bat, he slapped a ball down the left field line, and hustled out a double with a 4.44 on the turn at first. Evans has shown off his speed on back-to-back days as he ran a 6.64 on his 60-yard dash in the showcase. A prospect that we haven’t seen much of to this point, Evans has really stood out early on in the Future Games.
