Something has to be said about how Rumney showed up on Sunday to pitch, play the infield and the outfield - and he led every category in arm strength. What’s more is the 6-foot-3, 170-pound righty did so coming off an ankle injury the week prior. More than anything, Rumney projects best as an arm and while the velo was around 80 mph all day, there’s length, looseness, the arm works and he has a lot of room to fill the body.
