2026 OF/RHP Maxwell Owen put together one of the top overall performances at the event as he ran his FB up to 84mph along with a peak exit velocity of 92.8mph. The 6-foot, 170-pound two-way out of the Barrie Baycats program worked to the middle part of the cage during BP with the ability to lift at times, generating a max distance of 301ft. Rounding out the positional side, he was also up to 85mph from the outfield. On the mound, Owen sat 81-83mph while touching an 84 and coupled it with a slider at 70-75mph and changeup at 67-69mph. Good showing from Owen who will be a prospect to follow in Barrie as he’s still just a 2026 prospect.
