‘25 RHP Nate Chambers is another arm out of HPP who’s developed well over the winter. The 6-foot-4, 175-pound right-hander caught our staff’s attention last summer with his potential on the mound but had some mechanical adjustments to come. Chambers has refined some things and his strike-throwing abilities have trended upwards, along with some added life to his stuff. The fastball sat in the mid-to-upper 80s and paired it with a firm SL that was up to 84mph and changeup at 80-81mph. The stuff no-doubt plays and it will be fun to get in on our TrackMan this week at the Greater Toronto Preseason ID.

2025 RHP Nate Chambers was one of the more anticipated arms at the event and didn’t disappoint, posting the top fastball velocity at 87.5mph. Length and long levers on the mound with a high-waisted frame at 6-foot-4, 170-pounds. Still a little raw mechanically and learning his body as it continues to grow but there’s tons of the projection with a fastball that sits and 85-87mph and it’s easy to imagine that really trending upwards in the next couple years. The slider was 73-75mph with some late bite to it and a slurve-like action. Also flashed a changeup at 82-83mph. An interesting uncommitted 2025 arm out of the HPP Tigers program to keep tabs on this summer and fall.

2025/26 RHP Nathaniel Chambers put together one of the top pitching performances of the event and showed significant improvement in command during his bullpen. The projectable 6-foot-4, 175-pound right-hander showed feel for three pitches and the ability to land all for strikes. The fastball sat 87-89mph, paired with a hard changeup around 85mph and has really developed over the past couple of months. The slider sat 79-80mph and tunnels well off the fastball. Overall, Chambers impressed our staff with a consistent bullpen and has shown major improvements which should see his name make a leap in our preseason player rankings.
