Fraser has a loose, easy arm action from ¾ arm slot with pitchability and a fastball that works in the 78-80 mph range. Three pitches for strikes, all have significant movement with the curveball showing 2/8 shape and being a quality pitch with good action and rotation. Will throw changeup with movement down in the zone. Pitchability and repeatable delivery all make Fraser a 2019 to keep an eye on and follow his progression and development.
