10/8/17  Thomson worked out of low 3/4 to sidearm slot with loose, easy arm action. FB sat 77-78 mph with late run and sink.  SL at 68-69 featured a 10-5 shape with late, short break. CH was thrown at 68-69 mph and commanded well with arm side fade and good sell. There is tendency to get under fastball. Delivery is repeated well and demonstrates good balance and rhythm. Velocity plays up with deception. 

8/19/16 Rising junior right-handed pitcher sports a long, lanky 6-foot-2, 155-pound frame. He pitched out of a sidearm slot with some whip to his arm action. Fastball sat 73-76 with late armside run and sink, while he also mixed in a low-60s slider.

9/20/15 6-foot-2, 155-pound righty sat 70-72 from a low 3/4 arm slot with plenty of natural movement to his fastball. High knee delivery and long-arm action add to deception. Also showcased a 68 mph slider that he turns over with some sinking action to lefties. Worked three scoreless innings allowing two hits while registering two strikeouts. Also induced six ground ball outs including a double play.
