Physical: Lean, compact 5-foot-8, 140-pound frame with more to come down the line. 8.74 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: Balanced, slightly open setup as the hands showed minor rhythm high above the shoulder in the setup. Utilized a quick leg lift stride in order to initiate the swing through a flat barrel path into the hitting zone. Line drive approach with a table setter mold (33% line drive rate) with developing feel for the hands offensively. Hit into a stiff front side while recording a peak bat-exit velocity of 78 mph according to Trackman Baseball.
Defensively: The primary outfielder moved well laterally while getting behind the ball early in routes with a moderately soft glove hand fielding off of the left side of his body. The arm got into a short takeaway position by the shoulder and whipped through (slight sling on occasion) a high ¾ slot. Accurate 66 mph arm strength from his position with additional power and increased measurables coming in the near future.
