2027 RHP Davin Kolter (Cedar Crest) Kolter possesses a strong, physical 6-foot-1, 206 lbs frame. While his offensive metrics are developing, he stands out on the mound with a polished four-pitch mix, running his fastball up to 91 mph while sitting 89-91 mph with high spin (avg 2452 rpm) and a 61% zone rate. He paired it with a sharp, high-spin curveball (avg 2467 rpm) at 77-80 mph (67% zone), a 77 mph slider, and an 81-84 mph changeup.

Physical: Long, projectable 6-foot, 170-pound frame. 7.55 runner in the 60-yard dash.

Offensively: RHH. Crouched, spread stance, as the hands bounced off the shoulder to begin. Utilized a lift-and-replace stride to initiate his swing through a max effort, uphill path into the hitting zone. Generated multiple deep fly balls over the middle, up to a T86MPH EV and 292FT via Trackman. Real feel to leverage at the front of the plate.

Defensively: The OF played from behind with late acceleration towards the target. Fielded off the left foot using an accurate glove-hand and recorded an impressive 86MPH arm-strength positionally. Corner type down the road.

Pitching: RHP. Somewhat deceptive out of a fluid move after the stack. Hides it on the takeaway and pitches off of a CB that worked at 2600 rpms (H ¾). Mixed an increased 80-82, T84MPH FB with natural cut. Room to continue blocking the front side.

Physical: 5-11, 168 pounds; Proportional, slight build. 7.78 runner in the 60.

Offensively: RHH. Closed setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; has a pre-pitch bat waggle. Short take back with the hands with an up and down stride for timing. Slides weight forward pre-contact. while showing an aggressive lower half. Showed a short swing path with a two handed finish.  More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 86 MPH via Trackman.

Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; walks into ready position while utilizing a quick first step. Hands are underneath the body with a clean transfer. Moderate arm circle from a low 3/4 arm slot.    OF - 81 MPH.

Pitching: Uses a glove side setup while using a side step. Mid chest leg drive with a slight lean over the belt. Has a moderate stride while landing slightly open. Moderate arm swing while arm stays in line with 2B; low 3/4 slot. Spins off 1B side with finish. FB: Peak velo of 83 MPH, while sitting 79-82 MPH; life through the zone. CB: 68-70 MPH; late action.  OTHER:  A/ AVG spin rates with good feel for the two-pitch mix.

Physical: Athletic 5-foot-11, 168-pound frame with M2C. 4.35 runner in the 30YD.

Offensively: RHH. Wide, slightly crouched stance, as the hands showed rhythm. Utilized a toe-tap stride to initiate his swing through a flat path; aggressive forward move. Recorded a T83MPH EV, up to an estimated 299FT via Trackman. More fly balls than ground balls.

Defensively: The outfielder displayed quality feel for his body in space. Played from behind using choppy feet and late acceleration. H ¾ slot that produced an 82MPH arm-strength.

Pitching: RHP. Extremely flexible with hip-hinge; some coil over backside and quick release. A/AVG spin FB sat 77-78MPH, mixing a sweeper 62-63MPH CB across the zone. Faded a 72-73 CH with ASR.

Physical: Lean 5-foot-8, 145lb frame. 8.17 runner in the 60-yard dash.

Offensively: RHH. Quicker pace in the hands from a wider base in the lower half. Utilized short toe-tap stride to initiate the swing through a slightly uphill path into the hitting zone, two handed finish. Pull side approach with some developing barrel awareness, T77 mph bat-exit velocity. 

Defensively: The outfielder maneuvered the chest downhill while fielding off his left. Chopped the feet at times, rounded the ball and recorded a 72 mph throw to the plate. Corner projection.

Pitching: RHP - The righty featured a clean delivery with hip-shoulder separation on the front side. Solid stride length that allows him to use the legs, accurate 69-71 mph FB for strikes. Mixed two-plane U50’s CB.
