Pitching- Full frame at 6-foot-2 235 pounds; sets up on the glove side of the rubber with a moderate arm swing; works through a low ¾ slot. FB sat 83-84 MPH, touching 85 MPH. Simple slide step from the stretch with an upright finish at times. Smaller break to the CB at 70-71; feel improved in his second inning showing some late tilt. Improved extension/acceleration will allow for an uptick in velocity. Showed a change up at 74 MPH.
Pitching- Well built, durable frame. Mechanics are repeatable with quick pace. Drives hard on the powerline, high 3/4 arm-slot, sat 82-83 mph with some arm-side depth CB was 69-71 with some sharp bite at times, CH low 70's working on one-plane.
Pitching - Large frame with simple actions and a clean delivery. Good tempo and pace when he throws. Stays under control and accelerates his arm late. Keeps good direction going towards his catcher. 3/4 release point. FB has good life and he keeps it around the zone consistently, peaked at 86 mph. Breaking ball has sharp break and comes out of the hand easily. Overall he's big and smooth and understands how to attack hitters.
