Physical: 5-11, 165 pounds; Average, Slight build. 7.45 runner in the 60.
Offensively: Switch hitter. Open setup, with feet shoulder width apart; has a pre-pitch bat waggle. Short take back with the hands with a slight leg-kick for timing. Slides weight forward pre-contact. while showing an average effort from the legs. Showed a downward swing path with a finish around the back. More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of L85 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; walks into ready position while showing choppy feet. Hands are off to the side with a delay in transfer. Long arm swing from a high 3/4 arm slot. OF - 78 MPH.
Pitching: Uses a glove side setup while using a side step. Belt high leg drive with a slight lean over the belt. Has a moderate stride while landing slightly open. Moderate arm swing while arm stays in line with 2B; high 3/4 slot. Spins off 1B side with finish. FB: Peak velo of 80 MPH, while sitting 73-80 MPH; arm side run. CB: 61-65 MPH; slurve like action. SL: 65-69 MPH; lateral action. CH: 66-67 MPH; fading action.
Physical: Lean, athletic 5-foot-11, 165lb frame with M2C. Feel for delivery.
Pitching: RHP. Worked at a quicker pace off the middle of the rubber; compact stack position and then he’s a fast mover in a short window. FB came out of the hand well at 78-80MPH, heavy action. Mixed a sweeping mid-60’s CB, which profiles as future advanced. Both pitches >50% zone rate.
