Physical: 6-0, 175 pounds; Long, Sturdy build. 7.19 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; upright bat position. Short take back with the hands with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a downward swing path with a two handed finish. More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 87 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; uses prep step while showing choppy feet. Hands are off to the side with a delay in transfer. Moderate arm circle from a high 3/4 arm slot. OF - 84 MPH.
Pitching: Uses a center rubber setup while using a side step. Belt high leg drive with a slight lean over the belt. Has a moderate stride while landing slightly closed. Long arm swing while arm stays in line with 2B; standard 3/4 slot. Spins off 1B side with finish. FB: Peak velo of 82 MPH, while sitting 76-81 MPH; arm side run. CB: 72-73 MPH; showed depth. CH: 73-75 MPH; fading action.
