8/19/16 Treece struck out eight in four innings of work, four on fastballs and four on breaking balls. Out of a high three-quarter slot, his fastball sat 82-84, while he also featured an upper-60s curveball and mid-70s slider, both of which were solid at times, but inconsistent due to a wrist flip as his arm comes forward.

2/14/16 5-foot-10, 165-pounder who pitches out of a high three-quarter slot with some arm speed out of a delivery that has some effort and a bit of recoil at the finish. Fastball sat 81-82, touching 83. Best secondary pitch was was a tight mid-70s slider, while he also showed some feel for a mid-70s change-up. Curveball at 68-75 was a distant fourth pitch on this day.
The right-handed hitter displayed an 85 mph bat exit velocity from a square stance with a leg lift stride. Treece is fairly short to the hitting zone and stays through contact well. He showed a solid feel for the barrel when he was on time with his stride foot. The junior ran a 7.21 60-yard dash and flashed athletic actions with 84 mph arm strength from the outfield.


9/20/15 5-foot-10, 165-pound righty sat 81-82 from a high 3/4 arm slot with some arm-side run to his fastball. Also showcased a 76 mph changeup thrown at fastball arm speed and a solid 71 mph curveball with slider action. Simple, repeatable mechanics and athletic frame indicate additional velocity moving forward. Worked three scoreless innings allowing one hit while registering three strikeouts.
8/9/15 Treece is a 5-foot-10, 165-pound two-way prospect that showcased a well-rounded skill set over two days. The right-hander sat 81-82, topping at 83 mph out of a high 3/4 arm slot while recording four strikeouts in three scoreless innings of work. Treece also displayed solid command of a 69 mph curveball with 11/5 rotation and a 73 mph changeup thrown at fastball arm speed. 
The right-handed hitter displayed an 88 mph bat exit velocity from a square stance with a leg lift stride. Treece went 3-for-5 with a double in game action and ran a 7.08 60-yard dash. The junior also flashed the top outfield arm among all prospects at the event at 85 mph.
6/30/15 5-foot-10, 160-pound primary pitcher. Sat 80-81 from a high 3/4 arm slot with some two-seam run to his fastball. A bit of head snap in his delivery does not currently affect his command. Slider shows cutter action at 74 mph. 72 mph changeup is a quality pitch thrown at fastball arm speed with arm side run and some sink.

6/30/15 5-foot-10, 165-pound right-handed hitter. Starts from a square stance with a leg lift stride. Demonstrated the ability to routinely stay inside the baseball with a bat exit velocity of 85 mph. Showcased athletic actions defensively with a 7.31 60-yard dash and an 84 mph arm from the outfield.
