Registered a bat exit velocity of 79 mph and ran a 7.75 60-yard dash. The righty sat comfortably at 79-81 from a high 3/4 arm slot with tight four seam rotation on his fastball. Showed a feel for his curveball with 11/5 rotation at 63-65, including occasional two-plane break. Also commanded a slider with later, shorter break at 67-69.
5-foot-5, 135-pound right-handed hitter starts from a narrow, square stance and utilizes a toe-tap stride to begin. Showed a line drive approach with a flat barrel path through the zone. Registered a bat exit velocity of 73 mph and ran a 7.75 60-yard dash. Showcased a developing defensive skill set with accurate 71 mph arm strength across the diamond. Sat 74-77 off the mound with short arm-side run and a quick arm. Also displayed a curveball at 58-62 with sharp 11/5 rotation and a slider at 67-71 with cutter action.
