Displayed solid balance while getting to extension with regularity, driving a number of baseballs to the pull side. Registered an 87 mph bat exit velocity while swinging wood. Moves well around the bag at first base and showed a soft glove hand. Showcased 84 mph arm strength while running a 7.81 60-yard dash.
1/28/18 - 6-foot-3, 205-pound right-handed hitter starts from a square stance an initiates his swing from a deep load position by incorporating a lift-and-replace stride. Showcased solid balance and above average feel for the barrel with present power to the pull side with a bat exit velocity of 92 mph. Displayed active feet and quality glove actions around the bag at first base with good carry on throws of 82 mph across the diamond. The Rider commit ran a 7.85 60-yard dash.
2/12/17 - 6-foot-2, 195-pound right-handed hitter starts from a square stance and initiates his swing with a leg-lift stride. Barrel wrap in his load leads to length but created a bat exit velocity of 90 mph with some present power. Showcased capable actions around the bag at first base and accurate 75 mph arm strength across the diamond defensively.
6/29/16 - 6-foot-1, 180-pound right-handed hitter. Starts from a square stance and takes a knee-to-knee stride to slightly closed. Attacks the baseball with a swing that has some length and an intent to elevate. Posted 86 mph exit velocity and 73 mph arm strength; ran a 8.62 60-yard dash. Doesn't have the quickest feet defensively, but showed a solid glovehand taking fungos.
