Displayed a shorter path to the baseball and a more upright stance than when we saw him last with a bat exit velocity of 82 mph. Ran a 7.15 60-yard dash and showcased active feet with a solid glove hand around the bag at first base. Also displayed 71 mph arm strength from the outfield from a 3/4 arm slot.

12/12/15 6-foot-2, 175-pound right-handed hitter starts from a square stance and utilizes a short lift-and-replace stride to initiate his swing. A very shallow load away from the body leads to an arm bar and some length to his swing, but Pinone displayed a feel for the barrel and a bat exit velocity of 83 mph. Pinone shows signs with his solid frame that some power potential is likely as he continues to develop physically. The sophomore ran a 7.15 60-yard dash and displayed solid glove actions around the bag at first base with an accurate arm across the diamond.
