5-14-16 5-foot-9, 165-pound righty sat 82-84, touching 85 mph several times out of a 3/4 arm slot during 4.2 innings of work. Also showed a 71 mph curveball with 11/5 rotation and a 71 mph changeup with good sell. Smallish junior uses a side-rocker step and a compact, simple delivery. Good command (8K, 0 BB) with a solid understanding of how to pitch.
