Physical: 5-foot-11, 187LBS. Lean, athletic build. 8.38 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Feet begin slightly wider that shoulder width apart. Hands start out in front and work back into a strong load position. Has some barrel wiggle during the load and some whip into the hitting zone. Weight rocks into the rear leg and the front foot toe taps for timing. Top exit velo of 82MPH.
Defensively: The backstop shows a transfer at chest height and abbreviated arm action. Works in a straight line towards 2B on throw downs. 72MPH throwing velo from behind the plate. Gets low to the ground during the block and covers the 5 hole.
Pitching: RHP. Begins in the middle of the rubber, squared to home plate. Rocker step works into a leg lift to chest height. The hands work in unison with the leg lift. Arm goes down and back on glove break and works direct to target as it begins to work forward. Maintains a tight glove side. FB sat 76-79MPH while working in a CH and SL.
