Mixed in a 65-68 mph curveball featuring 11/5 shape and played well down in the zone. Countered with a 74-76 mph changeup with advanced sell and small arm-side run. The right-handed hitter begins with a wide, balanced stance utilizing a lift-and-replace stride to initiate his swing. Generated a slightly uphill barrel path into the hitting zone using a strong lower half to create present hip-shoulder separation. Displayed a loud round of batting practice with pull-side lift while hitting into a stiff front side yielding an 89 mph bat-exit velocity. Ran a 7.94 60-yard dash. The third baseman showcased adequate footwork during defensive evaluations with length in his strides. Played moderately low to the ground with a soft glove hand working plus/minus out in front.
