6/12/22

Physical: Strong, broad-shouldered build at 5-foot-11, 180lb frame. 7.05 runner in the 60-yard dash.

Offensively: RHH. Narrow, crouched stance, as the hands wiggled in slower rhythm to begin. Utilized a simple leg-lift stride to initiate the swing through a lifted path towards two-handed finish. Matched plane well with some connection present at the plate; posted T92 mph bat-exit velocity with 50% fly ball rate and did damage when pitched at the belt. Drove the ball to the pull-side of the field for XBH.

Defensively: The outfielder demonstrated a hop in the prep step, gaining ground with high intent throws from H ¾ slot into the upper-70’s. Featured natural corner projection and led using downward body angles.

2/13/22

Physical: Highly athletic 5-foot-11, 180-pounder with feel for the game. 7.16 runner in the 60-yard dash.

Offensively: RHH - Crouched, even stance with rhythm in the hands over the shoulder. Utilized a quick leg-lift stride to initiate a sudden, flat path into the hitting zone. Reached a tall two-handed finish with ability to leverage the baseball out in front with good extension. Recorded an 85 mph bat-exit velocity with some line-drive tendencies and an efficient first move into the slot. Top of the order type flashing quality hand-speed at the plate with some rawness yet.

Defensively: The primary outfielder featured above-average pace with clean footwork, covering ground in either direction. Picked a hop and attacked, releasing from a shorter, H ¾ slot to the target (76 mph arm).
