Offensively, 5-foot-10, 160-pound right-handed hitter initiates swing from slightly closed set up with controlled stride staying closed. Separation is adequate. There is balance and rhythm with solid barrel feel. Hands are loose and work directly to the baseball. A 77 mph bat exit velocity was registered. O'Donnell recorded two hits in game play including a triple to deep left-center field.

6/20/17 5-foot-10 155 pound right-handed hitter  who runs very well for position(7.0 sixty) initiates swing with lift and replace stride. Demonstrates good feel for barrel with direct hand path to baseball.  Balance is good, head is still and back elbow is connected in achieving 75 mph bat exit velocity. Separation is adequate and swing played in BP with O'Donnell demonstrating ability to consistently barrel the baseball.
Defensively, demonstrates clean transfer with adequate hands,  Would benefit from improving upper body angle in blocking.
8/18/16 5-foot-10, 155-pound right-handed hitter starts from a square stance, utilizing a leg-lift stride to initiate his swing. Registered a 75 mph bat exit velocity and ran a 7.47 60-yard dash. Displayed a clean transition and a quick release during defensive evaluations with accurate 60 mph arm strength from the crouch. Pop times of 2.45-2.56 would benefit from fully engaging his lower half on throws and allowing his weight to transfer to his front side.
