Physical: Advanced 5-foot-11, 200lb frame with a strong body. 8.22 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Wider, balanced stance, as the hands operated calmly on the shoulder to begin; utilized a short leg lift stride to initiate the swing through an uphill path into the hitting zone. Whippy barrel played with loft to the pull-side of the field, working towards a taller two-handed finish on the backside. Produced a T92 mph bat-exit velocity, heavy contact at the front of the plate with some raw parts.
Defensively: The third baseman showcased choppy footwork and adequate feel around the bag at the hot corner. Fielded off the toes, exchanging while shuffling the feet, and got rid up to 72 mph across the diamond from shorter H ¾ slot.
Physical: Thick base in a strong 5-foot-11, 200lb frame. 8.22 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Wider, even stance, as the hands began at a 45 by the ear. Utilized a stretched lift and replace stride to initiate the swing through a lower, slightly uphill path towards a high two-handed finish. Lots of loft to the pull-side during his round, blocking off the lead leg properly and rotating quickly from right to left. Posted a T91 mph bat-exit velocity up to 320 feet on his best blast.
Defensively: The third baseman showed adequate footwork at the hot corner, setting up early with a tall glove hand, fingers down. Bent in the waist and then found momentum to the target, releasing from H ¾ slot across the diamond (72 mph, stiff out front).
