1/12/14 McCloskey sat 77-79 out of a high 3/4 arm slot with a long, loose throwing motion. He gets out over his front leg well and does not have any wasted movement in his delivery. His fastball showed solid arm side run and late life. McCloskey also showed a 68 mph changeup thrown at near fastball arm speed with some sinking action and an 11/5 breaking curveball at 64 mph that requires more development.
