9/15/18 - 5-foot-9, 160-pound left-handed hitter starts from a square stance and initiates his swing with a lift-and-replace stride. Displayed a handsy swing with above average feel for the barrel during a solid round of batting practice. Showed the ability to barrel the baseball to all fields with a bat exit velocity of 83 mph. Carried the same swing into game action where he put together two barreled base hits. 7.52 runner is a sound defender with a quick release. Obarowski showed the ability to play through the baseball while making throws from multiple arm angles.
5/2/17 - 5-foot-9, 160-pound left-handed hitter. Smooth actions defensively and flashed some bat speed at the plate. Hitting in the 2-hole as a sophomore in a line-up dominated by upperclassmen.
