Physical: Above-average athlete at 6-foot-3, 200lbs. Big body; 7.31 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Balanced, slightly bent stance, as the hands operated with moderate rhythm by the ear; utilized a short leg lift stride to initiate the swing through a whippy, flat path into the hitting zone. Showed off a one-handed finish and hit behind the front leg. Produced a T96 mph exit velocity while sticking on the sweet spot during his round, pull side approach.
Defensively: The third baseman featured light footwork, chopping active feet and settling down over the toes at an even base. Funneled inward and released with up tempo feel across the diamond up to 74 mph.
Physical: 6-foot-3, 200 pounds; Long, broad shouldered build. 7.39 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Open setup, with feet shoulder width apart; bat positioned at a 45 degree angle. Short take back with the hands with a slight leg-kick for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a direct swing path with a two handed finish. More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 90 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; uses prep hop while showing active feet. Hands are off to the side with a clean transfer. Moderate arm circle from a standard 3/4 arm slot. INF - 76 MPH.
Physically: 6’3 180lb SS/RHP ran a 7.64 laser timed 60 yard dash. Tall and lanky frame has long smooth movements.
Offensively: Starts in a simple stance, he has a smooth and controlled load of the hands. His barrel works flat and long through the hitting zone. Showed ability to consistently barrel up baseballs to the center of the field.
Defensively: Displayed good footwork using long strides and a low center of gravity to approach the ball with confidence. His hands play out in front of his body as he engages his eyes to track the ball into his glove. His arm was short but did not have a lot of power behind it.
