Physical: 5-foot-8, 140 pounds; Average, slender build. 7.52 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet shoulder width apart; upright bat position. Lifts hands with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a slight lift to the ball with a two handed finish. More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 85 MPH via Trackman. Did a great job of keeping the hands back and then exploding through contact.
Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; uses prep hop while showing active feet. Hands are out in front with a clean transfer. Short take back from a low 3/4 arm slot. INF - 77 MPH.
Pitching: Uses a glove side setup working primarily from the stretch. Minimal leg lift with a slight lean over the belt. Has a short stride landing inline with the plate. Moderate arm swing while arm stays in line with 2B; low 3/4 slot. Upright with finish. FB: Peak velo of 79 MPH, while sitting 76-79 MPH; arm side run. CB: 65-66 MPH; spots and expands. CH: 67-68 MPH; fading action. Showed a lower arm angle with good feel for his command.
