5-foot-10, 165-pound right-handed hitting outfielder. Ran a 6.78 sixty on the laser at the event. Threw 75 mph from the outfield, approach is athletic and he moves well. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 80 mph, physical strength gains are needed to aid the development of the bat. The setup is even in base, uses a pick up and put down of the front foot as the ball approaches. The bat speed is quick and he showcased very well during his at bats in live action. The at bats were competitive and on point.

3.25.18
5-foot-10, 165 pounds, athletic, lean frame, sloped shoulders. Looks the part of a ballplayer. Good core strength, can continue to fill out a bit in the upper body. Ran a 6.68 sixty yard dash. At the plate, Stravato begins in a slightly open stance with the feet shoulder width apart. Hands are quiet with fluidity, working from the shoulder. A small leg kick triggers a balanced swing. Exhibited good line drive contact in the cage with ball tracking skills. Finishes with two hands, rotates through the point of contact, and showed some above average bat speed when on time mechanically. The bat path is usually level but gains some lift when looking to drive balls on the inner half. His tee exit velocity was measured at 81 MPH. Defensively, Stravato has some versatility as his speed plays in the outfield. The arm actions is clean, working from a high ¾ slot. Throws were clocked up to 79 MPH from the outfield, making a three MPH jump since last year, and there is room for another spike moving forward, especially as he learns to get more of the body into his throws as most of the velocity comes from the arm right now. An athletic outfielder with some physical projection left and present tools, Stravato is a 2019 follow on the summer circuit as he heads into his senior year.
7-18-17

5-foot-10, 160-pound, strong, wiry athletic frame, put together well for his age. A right-handed hitter, the top tool is his bat, made good hard contact all day. The stance is even width, with it being slightly open. The hands are loose and clean, back elbow gets extended at times. The swing is level to up, could flatten at times, shows to have some juice to the pull side. The approach was more middle to pull. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 81 mph and ran a 4.53 from home to first. Defensively, played all over the field, with catcher being his top position. The pop time was 2.15-2.19, release is quick, gains ground with footwork, throws are on the bag, arm clocked at 70 mph. From the outfield arm was clocked at 76 mph, throws are downhill, arm action is clean works out of a natural3/4 slot. Gained ground and stepped through hard with footwork. In the infield, showed soft hands, feet didn't work as clean, free and easy as they did behind the dish or in outfield. The arm was clocked at 72 mph across the diamond. Good looking prospect, can swing the bat, has potential behind the plate, solid follow.

Home-First: 4.53
