Position: 2B/RHP
Physical Profile/Projection: Wiry 6-0 frame. Body will support additional physical development.
Offensive Analysis: RHH, slightly open stance. Small leg kick and short stride length. Simple approach. Hands load down and back before launching on a flat path though contact. That finishes uphill to a one hand extended follow through. Ground ball/ low line drive contact.
Defensive Analysis: 3B/2B profile. Short quick approach footwork. Fields the ball just off the right side of the mid line and funnels to a packing load at the midsection. Maintains momentum throughout the fielding process and gets the ball out quickly from a 3Q arm slot. 80 mph INF Velo.
Pitching Mechanics: Worked from the stretch. Controlled tempo with low effort. Worked with a balance point just above the belt. Lands square to the target. Avg. extension. Full arm action. 3Q to H3Q arm slot. Showed solid avg. control. FB has heavy tendencies with ASR. CB has slurve action and 10/4 shape. FB 81 mph. CB 72 mph.
