South Gibson County had a strong club last year, making a run to sub-state. Brafa was a big arm for them in his sophomore season due to his mid 80s FB and strong command for the zone. This season expect a velocity uptick and be the feature guy after losing several arms to graduation. He's still uncommitted at this point, but he will be one that can put together a strong campaign to help them reach state.
5-Foot-11, 155-Pound frame, thin frame with long levers, Pitching; ¾ slot, average arm speed, short stiff arm actin, good balance point with some effort to delivery, closed toe land, early tuck front side after hand break, spin off toe at release, fastball 74-77 mph, arm side run for strikes, slider 63-66 mph, early action, same plane with minimal break, cutter action in zone, change up, 63-68 mph, near fastball arm speed, arm side run at plate, threw for strikes.
