6-foot-4, 195-pound, LHP showed a lot of projection to go with a 3-pitch mix. Tall, athletic, prototypical pitcher build w/ long and lanky frame, some present lower half strength, super projectable. Has just scratched the surface of his frame potential. Pitches from a full wind-up into L ¾ release from the third base side of the rubber. Quick arm. Quiet, repeatable delivery w/ some deception. FB shows short arm-side run. SL shows short ¾ tilt w/ proper shape. Can spin the baseball. CH w/ arm-speed, occasional cut and sink. Weak contact pitch w/ ability to throw for strikes whenever he wants. Commands his 3-pitch mix, including 7 of 7 strikes with the CH. Shows ability to pitch to both corners. His best pitching is ahead of him.
6-foot-3, 185-pound, LHP is a big lefty with room left to fill out and continue improving. Lasley gets his front side loaded very well on his leg lift and allows that to lead into a closed stride. He usually has no trouble getting his hand back out from, but can drag it at times. Uses a shorter arm action through a ¾ slot and finished under control. Fastball showed run and sink through the zone and could induce a lot of ground balls. Only offspeed was a changeup, which moved similar to a breaking ball with good arm speed and some 1/7 shape.
