6/14/16 - 60 Time: 7.59, Position Velocity:  IF-77, Exit Velocity: 75
6'0, 180-pound, RHH hits from a balanced and even stance with a low hand set that starts the hands in the zone and uses a short stride and pushes his hands back slightly to initiate his load.  Lower half gets through and stays balanced throughout, hands generally stay in the zone and can drive it gap-to-gap when he gets extended.  Defensively, shows soft hands and fluent footwork in his approach to the ball, clean exchange leads to a loose and very accurate arm with some carry from a high ¾ arm slot across the infield. Ryan had 2 hits and a stolen base in game play.

1/18/16 - 6-foot, 180-pound right-handed hitter hits from a balanced and upright stance and uses a slight hand load and a conventional stride to get himself going, showed a short swing with a level bat path through the zone, line drive hitter with average bat speed that produced a significantly improved 81 mph exit velocity off the tee.  Defensively, showed average hands and decent footwork in his approach to the ball, worked through it well and utilized a clean transfer and long arm action to produce a very accurate 76 mph position velocity across the infield from over the top.  Lyle also ran a 7.90 60-yard dash.
11/1/14 - 5-foot-11, 175-pound right-handed hitter hits from a balanced stance, quiet load, short stride, good balance, shows line drive ability with a gap to gap approach, went 0-for-3 in game play. Needs to continue to improve 70 mph bat exit velocity. Shows good defensive instincts, clean exchange, ¾ arm slot with short arm action. Young player who should continue to improve. On the mound, uses short arm action through high- 3/4 arm slot, deliberate delivery that stays online, fastball was 69-70 mph touching 73 mph on one occasion, curveball sat at 60-61 mph with 11/5 movement, throws strikes, gave up three hits in two inning outing.
