The quick-twitch athlete is a versatile defender, playing both corner infield and outfield positions while packing some punch at the plate with easy gap-to-gap power. With strong athletic frame, Bailey can generate some explosive bat speed from the right side as barrel whips through the zone. Defensively, moves well showing good range and plenty of arm strength. Additionally, Bailey made a return to the mound this offseason and reports of him in the mid-80s should make him an enticing two-way prospect to follow this summer.

The 6-foot-2, 190-pound quick-twitch corner infielder and outfielder continued to impress as he showcased 95 mph exit velo and 86 mph velo from the outfield.At the plate, smooth swing from the right side w/ explosive bat speed. During BP, showed apparent power to all fields with an effortless approach w/ multiple doubles deep in power alleys. Went 1 for 4 (1B/ 2 BB) w/ 3 quality at bats in 6 plate appearances. Also added a stolen base courtesy of swift swim move slide. Defensively, moved well and showed range at both first and in the outfield. Profile projects as well-rounded player who can impact game w/ multiple tools.

6-foot-2, 190-pound, athletic, well proportioned build. Physically mature looking player who still has some frame potential well. Offensively, one of the best bats in the state. Projects to be an All-Conference player at the next level. Setup is relaxed and very balanced with a slightly open stance and a high handset. Moves to the ball with a quick on-time load. Bat arrives on plane early and whips through the zone. Shows ability to handle velocity and off-speed. Showed present power and barrel consistency. Defensively, showed good glove awareness and took really good angles to the ball. Has the versatility to play corner IF and OF. Arm is projectable with good carry and accuracy.

Medium, athletic frame w/ high-waist, well-proportioned lean strength. Super projectable, has just scratched the surface of his frame potential. Offensively, hits w/ an open, slightly crouched stance w/ short hand rhythm into leg kick to slightly open and deep hand load. Generates above average bat speed through the zone. Occasionally stiff through the zone w/ arm bar. All fields approach w/ lot of line drives. Projects to hit for average w/ potential for power to all fields. In the OF, profiles in a corner w/ projectable carry through target arm strength, which he showed this spring and moves well in the OF.
