Uncommitted. One of the elite 2024’s in Texas keeps improving each time we see him. Evans went 6 IP with 14 K sitting 89-91 T92 with command to both sides of the plate, CB 76-78 with feel for swing and miss that shows plenty of depth, and CH 81-82 with late arm-side action. As he continues to develop, he has a shot to be an elite arm.
