Summer 2020: Working quickly, right-hander Chris Jefferson (New Mexico State) filled the zone with his 88-90 mph tailing fastball that spun in the low-2300s. From a three-quarter slot the angle created to his glove side allowed his fastball to play up while also spinning a 75-77 mph slurve and subtracting with a low-spin 1500 rpm changeup. Jefferson finished with just three walks in 17.2 IP this summer.
