A very young junior, Luikart’s body shows signs of lots of future growth, at 5-foot-11, 175-pounds. Got off to an explosive start with a quick first step in his 60-yard dash, clocking a 7.34. Moves very well in line. Right-handed bat, big corking leg kick and fast hands throught the zone. 84 mph exit velocity off the tee. Makes strong throws from 3B, 80 mph across the field. On the mound, long arm swing behind the body, up top on high ¾ slot with downhill plane through all pitches. Fastball ranged 76-80 mph, spun 12/6 curveball at 63-64, and pumped changeup at 76 mph.
