Has a wiry 6-1, 160 body with strong athletic qualities. Long-stride runner (7.11 60), quick rotation and strong hips demonstrated with an 88 mph exit velocity off the tee, and loose actions and hands at short stop. He takes some energy off of the ball to command accuracy with his throws, but it translates well. On the mound Moeller has high leg kick and pause at the top of his delivery before sending a whippy arm from overhead in and producing a fastball (79-82) with good ride. He pulls his curveball down at 71-72 and well as his changeup at 75-77.
