1.12.19
5-foot-11, 175-pounds. On the mound, the right-hander works from a high-¾ slot with high leg lift at the top before using a drop and drive delivery down the mound. Late hand separation with a long arm swing creates some deception. His fastball flashed some sink at the bottom of the zone at 78-80 mph. Curveball had early 11/5 break at 66-69 mph. Changeup came in at 74-76 mph. Behind the plate, Follett has tons of carry in his arm with a top velocity from the crouch of 77 mph and posted pop times of 2.05-2.26 seconds. The right-handed hitter also has an aggressive hack and throws the barrel through contact. Starting from a wide base then loads back deep into his back leg as he triggers his hands down and cocks the barrel over the plate. Quick-twitch hands get through the zone on a slightly up hill plane with a loose finish as he drove the ball well to the pull side of the field and posting an 82 mph exit velocity.

01.20.17
5-foot-11, 170-pounds. The right-handed hitter starts from an open, crouched stance with deep flex in his lower half. Loads back with a reverse leg lift as he pinches his knees together and triggers his hands back into a slight front arm bar before striding forward. Gains ground with his back leg to transfer weight as he slots the barrel in the zone with lag. Maintains upper body posture as the barrel works on an uphill plane to create lift and leverage. Aggressive approach, strong hands, and an exit velocity of 80 mph. Behind the plate, Follett has good mobility in his lower half, gains ground with directional footwork as he exchanges the ball into a quick arm swing with top velocity of 77 mph from the crouch and pop times of 2.12-2.2. A two-way way player and right-handed pitcher, Follett works from a high slot with a long, elbow dominant arm swing. Drop and drive delivery with a big leg lift and athletic finish. His fastball ranged from 76-79. Curveball has sharp, 12-6 downer shape at 66-69. Changeup was 74-76 mph.

01.21.17
5-foot-10, 160-pound, lean, athletic frame. The right-handed hitter starts from a slightly open stance with flex in his knees. Crouched load with a short leg-kick, then fires his hips as he continues to work down into his legs. Short, flat hand path, keeps the barrel in the zone a long time with strength at contact. Shows good bat speed for his class. Registered an exit velocity of 77 mph off a tee. Defensively, Follett throws from a natural catchers slot with elbow-dominant arm action and clean release with accuracy. Shows good hip mobility and the ability to block with athleticism. Pop times were consistent, ranging between 2.24-2.34 with a velocity of 71 mph. Ran an 8.0 60-yard dash.

The right-hander works from a high-¾ slot with a long arm-stroke that works well from back-to-front. Starts his delivery with rhythm and good hip mobility into balance point. Lands in line with direction at foot-strike. Follett showed average ability to command his fastball in the zone at 74-76 mph with some sinking action. He scattered his curveball around the zone at 61 mph.
