7/1/17 - Hit a hard double down the left-field line for his one hit on the day, but also lined out hard to left, registering an exit velocity of 103.
6/27/17 - Was 2-for-4 with two hard hits, a double with a 100 mph exit velo and a single through the left side. He has above average raw power and was hitting balls into the trees in BP, despite being caught with his weight far out front.

He has a projectable, athletic 6-foot-4, 170-pound frame, solid arm strength that should allow him to stay on the left side of the infield for years to come, and a loose, athletic swing with premium power. In his first at-bat, Groshans his a mile-high fly ball to left field that was in the air for 6-plus seconds. He scored his only knock of the game in his fourth at-bat when he singled sharply to left field.
