Curveball has 12/6 shape with early break at 61-64 mph. Changeup was 67-68, and his knuckle ball danced up to the plate at 60-61 mph then showed late action down in the zone. A two-way player and right-handed hitter, Segura has a relaxed setup at the plate, starting from a slightly open stance, then triggers his hands back as he strides short, landing balanced. Simple swing with strength at contact and a top exit velocity of 90 mph, Segura has gap power and repeated his hack with hard contact during BP.
