10.28.17 Dibler has an athletic, lean-muscular, high-waisted frame at 6-foot-3, 170-pounds. The right-handed hitters starts from a slightly open stance, then uses a reverse leg lift to load as he triggers his hands back easy. Hands work on a flat path through the zone, gap approach with line drive power, flashes more pop to the pull side, exit velocity of 88 mph. In the outfield, Dibler shows rhythm throw the ball with quick footwork. Loose, accurate arm from a high slot with a top velocity of 87 mph. A two-way player and right-handed pitcher, Dibler works from high-3/4 slot with a long arm stroke, tall and fall delivery, and a quick hand out front. Throws a heavy fastball that sat 81-82 mph, topping out ounce at 85. Throws his curveball has depth and 10/4 shape, ranging from 71-73 mph. Showed solid command in one inning of work. With his heavy fastball, ability to spin a curveball, athletic frame, 7.14 60-yard dash, and 87 mph from the outfield, there is likely more velocity in the tank for Dibler.

After a full workout, Dibler got on the mound at the end of the day and climbed his velocity on sequential pitches from 83-all the way to 88 mph. His slider ranged from 71-76 mph with sharp downward action and 11-5 shape. During the morning workout he ran a 6.97 60-yard dash and threw 87 mph from the outfield.
