Middle infielder who continues to develop. Aggressive swinger with pull side raw. Solid actions on the infield. Plus runner, 6.68 60. Love the way he plays the game. Player who comes up big at the right time.
For fun, jumps on the mound showing FB up to 90, carry present. Can spin baseball with avg action, occasional plus getting swing and miss. Avg spin rate of 2900. Baseball player you want on your team.
Love the makeup, will get looks from scouts in 27 as a hitter.
Kenson has room to add strength and was arguably the best baseball player seen all weekend. He ran a 7.04 60-yard dash and has solid defensive actions at shortstop with good feet. His throws have carry across the infield. At the plate, he shows a good approach with power developing. Kenson battles at the plate and finds ways to get his hits. On the mound, he has a solid delivery and arm action. His fastball topped out at 89 mph, and he worked between 86-88 mph. His curveball has plus spin and sits between 70-73 mph, and his changeup has nice tail/sink action at 76-80 mph. He’s a solid prospect on both sides of the game.

Positional Profile: SS/RHP LHH/INF…will add needed strength in future. Solid defensive player, probably more of 2nd baseman in future. Solid bat/power combo in future with couple of adjustment opportunities. Solid contact in game play, big believer in the future bat. Good baseball player.
Body: 5-10, 167-pounds. Solid build/frame with some width to body, plenty of room to add needed strength. Projects to have good solid build in future.
Hit: LHH. Lands in good position to hit. Rotational back foot, works fine. Would like to see development of driving back hip forward with added explosive move with rotation of back foot. Overall solid approach. Barrel/hands in good position to hit. Nice job of getting on plane with baseball. Expect bat/hand speed to continue to develop with added strength in future. Pull approach, would like to see more all field approach. 66.5 mph bat speed with 8 G's of rotational acceleration.
