Positional Profile: RHP/SS RHP: Solid arm with some pitchability. FB sat 85-87 and T88. Plays up with his ability to command a solid SL that sat 79-80. Secondary has good speed to it with a sweeping break. Can throw it in any count. Will be a 90 arm in the very near future with a solid SL. Opportunities exist to create more movement on FB to add to arsenal.
Body: 6-2, 175-pounds. Good build/frame to add strength. Width to shoulders and back present. Solid lower. Projects well physically.
Delivery: Simple delivery with small rock step and high leg lift. Stays balanced throughout delivery. Direction and timing are sound. Finishes over front side.
Arm Action: RH. Athletic arm path with OT slot. Arm speed present.
FB: T88, 86-88 mph. Shows real ability to command. Arm speed will continue to improve. Opportunity to create more movement. T2120, 1990 average rpm.
SL: 79-81 mph. Sweeping action and is firm. Solid pitch pairing well with FB. T2296, 2194 average rpm.

Carlisle was one of the standout arms at the TX State Upperclass Games. He retired all seven hitters he faced, striking out four while inducing weak contact. His fastball sat 86–88 mph, and his ability to spin a quality slider (79–80 mph with sweep) and land it in fastball counts allowed his FB to play up significantly.

Positional Profile: RHP/SS RHP with great build/frame to add strength. Solid delivery and arm action, look for velocity to increase with added strength and physical maturity. Strike thrower. FB effective up/down, short late movement down. Slider quality pitch with late action. DNS 3rd pitch. Impressive on mound. Upside.
Body: 6-2, 170-pounds. Great build/frame to add strength. Will have ideal pitchers body as he adds strength and matures.
Delivery: Side step rocker with high knee lift, loads well into back leg with inward turn of hip and shoulder. Slight cross step delivery, gets over front side, solid finish.
Arm Action: RH. Full circle, works well with H 3/4 slot, solid finish. Shows arm speed is present and developing.
FB: T88, 86-87 mph. Shows ability to pitch up/down with FB. Solid down plane down in zone, shows some carry up. Slight, late tail action down. Solid command of FB. T2158, 2001 average rpm.
SL: 79-81 mph. Quality action, short/late break, landed. Was able to get multiple swing and miss with slider. T2193, 2105 average rpm.
