6-foot-2, 200-pound frame with strength in the lower half. Cashion has a 2-seam fastball (80-83) that has late heavy run and sink into a right-handed hitter. Cashion pounded strikes with his three-pitch mix and he pounded arm-side down sinkers with ease during the bullpen session. He threw a sweeping slider at 68-69 in the zone, and a changeup at 73 mph. He works from the stretch, has an uptempo delivery, has a high leg kick to his balance point with his shoulders coming over his knee, he works in direction to the plate, and he hides the ball well in his delivery. Cashion probably gives some right-handed hitters a really hard time, as he has the ability to run the ball from their barrel to their hands, and has the potential to get a ton of ground ball outs.
